About LeafcircBase

Widespread circular RNAs have been detected and characterized in eukaryotes.This novel type of RNA circle is implicated in multiple biological processes. LeafcircBase is a leaf circular rna resource. Currently, the circRNAs from the leaves of five model plants are included in our database. It provids the information for genomic location and conservation of circRNAs, thus benefiting the study of the roles of circRNAs in plant leaves.
