About
Recently many public biological pathway databases support one or more than one standard pathway languages, e.g. PSI-MI, BioPAX, SBML and KGML, which are accessible from either ftp or http downloads. These popular pathway languages are machine-readable, therefore often used for pathway integration or aggregation and hereafter used for pathway visualization. However it is still miserable for human to read them like reading newspaper. In other words we can't easily get knowledge we want from files in these common formats.
To address this problem we present PBSK Browser (navigating biological pathways of PSI-MI, BioPAX, SBML and KGML formats) created for systems biology, which is responsible for translating these pathway languages from machine-readable to human-readable.
