Introduction PepAnno
PepAnno is a webserver to annotate the basic information and predict the bioactive function of peptides. It enables the one-click analysis of various physicochemical properties of peptides, while combining multiple machine learning methods for predicting different classes of peptides. Since most of today's machine models have barriers to use after publication, and there are a large number of servers that cannot be used, the creation of PepAnno provides users with a very simple prediction platform.
