Program Introduction

This international training program, supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, was a collaborative initiative to strengthen AI capacity in developing countries, advance biomedical technology exchange, and foster a global health innovation ecosystem. Delivered in English, it focused on precision medicine at the intersection of bioinformatics and artificial intelligence.

Through a structured curriculum and hands-on practice, participants acquired core competencies in genomic data analysis, AI model development, and deployment. The program enabled participants to conduct independent precision medicine research and accelerate local translation of health technologies.

Training covered foundational bioinformatics, key AI algorithms, representative application cases, and end-to-end system construction and deployment. Instruction combined lectures, case-based exercises, field visits, and project presentations to ensure mastery of both theory and practice.
