Many non-coding RNAs contain numerous sORFs with coding potential, and non-coding peptides play subtle biological functions. The coding ability of non-coding RNAs originating from many animals has been verified, but related research is not abundant within plants. AthRiboNC, based on Ribo-seq data, uncovers the coding potential of various ncRNAs in the model organism Arabidopsis thaliana, including lncRNA, miRNA and circRNA. In addition, AthRiboNC provides downstream analysis of the ncRNA coding potential expression in Arabidopsis thaliana, including coding potential specificity under different treatments, co-expression network analysis, module enrichment analysis, and module topology networks.
