Registration for the Workshop

1. The registration and the abstract submission will be managed manually.

Registration Fees

There are three types of registrations: regular, student and others registration. For student registration, a scanned copy of a student ID should be provided via e-mail with the registration form. Important note: For each paper accepted, at least one regular registration is necessary.

All speaker registrations include all technical sessions, proceedings, coffee breaks and the meals. The registration fee does'nt include the fee for the tour and local accommodation.

About visa application

For those participants who need official letters to apply Chinese entry-visa for academic activity, please provide the following information and send to local organising team onehealth-ib@wku.edu.cn.

We strongly suggest you register the conference early and send the feedback as soon as possible but no later than April 15. It will save time for us to prepare for the official documents and eventually save your time for the visa application.
