RiceNetDB is currently the most comprehensive regulatory database on Oryza Sativa based on genome annotation. It was displayed in three levels: GEM, PPIs and GRNs to facilitate biomolecular regulatory analysis and gene-metabolite mapping.

| Protein | Description |
|---|---|
| LOC_Os01g09750 | RNA methyltransferase protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os01g45370 | radical SAM enzyme, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os01g69120 | uncharacterized RNA methyltransferase pc1998, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os01g74190 | radical SAM enzyme, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os02g04660 | Methylates arginine residues in proteins such as histone H4 (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os02g38060 | methyltransferase domain containing protein, expressed |
| LOC_Os02g57590 | rRNA 2-O-methyltransferase fibrillarin 2, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os03g04940 | methyltransferase, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os03g27930 | RNA cap guanine-N2 methyltransferase domain containing protein, expressed |
| LOC_Os03g51984 | differentiation protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os03g56830 | Alpha-N-methyltransferase that methylates the N-terminus of target proteins containing the N-terminal motif [Ala/Pro/Ser]-Pro-Lys when the initiator Met is cleaved. Specifically catalyzes mono-, di- or tri-methylation of exposed alpha-amino group of Ala or Ser residue in the [Ala/Ser]-Pro-Lys motif and mono- or di-methylation of Pro in the Pro-Pro-Lys motif (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os04g56950 | Catalyzes the methylation of the free carboxyl end of the plant hormone indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). Converts IAA to IAA methyl ester (MeIAA). Regulates IAA activities by IAA methylation. Methylation of IAA plays an important role in regulating plant development and auxin homeostasis. MeIAA seems to be an inactive form of IAA. |
| LOC_Os04g58060 | Arginine methyltransferase that can both catalyze the formation of omega-N monomethylarginine (MMA) and asymmetrical dimethylarginine (aDMA) (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os05g49230 | ribosomal RNA large subunit methyltransferase J, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os06g01640 | Arginine methyltransferase that can both catalyze the formation of omega-N monomethylarginine (MMA) and symmetrical dimethylarginine (sDMA) (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os06g05090 | Methylates (mono and asymmetric dimethylation) the guanidino nitrogens of arginyl residues in some proteins (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os06g06560 | starch synthase, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os06g49140 | ribosomal RNA large subunit methyltransferase J, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os07g44640 | Methylates (mono and asymmetric dimethylation) the guanidino nitrogens of arginyl residues in some proteins (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os07g47500 | Methylates (mono- and asymmetric dimethylation) the guanidino nitrogens of arginyl residues in several proteins involved in DNA packaging, transcription regulation, and mRNA stability. Recruited to promoters upon gene activation, methylates histone H3 and activates transcription via chromatin remodeling (By similarity). |
