RiceNetDB is currently the most comprehensive regulatory database on Oryza Sativa based on genome annotation. It was displayed in three levels: GEM, PPIs and GRNs to facilitate biomolecular regulatory analysis and gene-metabolite mapping.

| Protein | Description |
|---|---|
| LOC_Os01g25370 | SUMO protease, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os01g42780 | cysteine proteinase EP-B 2 precursor, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os02g27030 | cysteine proteinase 1 precursor, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os03g27350 | Cysteine protease required for autophagy, which is able to cleave the C-terminal part of ATG8 that may be subsequently converted to a smaller form, with a revealed C-terminal glycine. The C-terminal glycine of ATG8 is conjugated to phosphatidylethanolamine by an amide bond. This conjugated form has the capacity for the binding to autophagosomes (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os04g24600 | cysteine proteinase 1 precursor, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os04g55650 | oryzain alpha chain precursor, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os04g58560 | Cysteine protease required for autophagy, which is able to cleave the C-terminal part of ATG8 that may be subsequently converted to a smaller form, with a revealed C-terminal glycine. The C-terminal glycine of ATG8 is conjugated to phosphatidylethanolamine by an amide bond. This conjugated form has the capacity for the binding to autophagosomes (By similarity). |
