RiceNetDB is currently the most comprehensive regulatory database on Oryza Sativa based on genome annotation. It was displayed in three levels: GEM, PPIs and GRNs to facilitate biomolecular regulatory analysis and gene-metabolite mapping.
| Protein | Description |
|---|---|
| LOC_Os10g42830 | transporter family protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os10g42870 | peptide transporter PTR2, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os10g42900 | peptide transporter PTR2, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os11g02150 | saposin-like type B, region 1 family protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os11g04020 | major facilitator superfamily antiporter, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os11g06890 | Proton-conducting pore forming subunit of the membrane integral V0 complex of vacuolar ATPase. V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells. |
| LOC_Os11g17970 | transposon protein, putative, Pong sub-class, expressed |
| LOC_Os11g18044 | expressed protein |
| LOC_Os11g43860 | Vacuolar transporter that exchanges protons with Mg(2+), Zn(2+) and Fe(2+) ions. May control the partitioning of Mg(2+) and Zn(2+) between plant organs (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os12g02094 | saposin-like type B, region 1 family protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os12g04220 | This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the translocation of calcium from the cytosol out of the cell, into the endoplasmic reticulum, or into organelles (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os12g07140 | expressed protein |
| LOC_Os12g37580 | ABC transporter, ATP-binding protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os12g38570 | transmembrane amino acid transporter protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os12g39660 | This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the translocation of calcium from the cytosol out of the cell, into the endoplasmic reticulum, or into organelles (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os12g40510 | Acts as a calcium sensor. May promote vacuolation of aleurone cells in response to signal induced by gibberellin. CBL proteins interact with CIPK serine-threonine protein kinases. Binding of a CBL protein to the regulatory NAF domain of a CIPK protein lead to the activation of the kinase in a calcium-dependent manner (By similarity). |
| LOC_Os12g42130 | MATE efflux family protein, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os12g42200 | ATCHX, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os12g42850 | amino acid permease, putative, expressed |
| LOC_Os12g44100 | peptide transporter PTR2, putative, expressed |
