In browse module, users could browse ceRNAs by species and could access ceRNAs of interested species quickly.

2 Search

---

Search can be performed by "Simple Searcher" or "BLAST Searcher".

2.1 Simple Search

---

User could search by transcript or miRNA in Simple Search module.

2.2 Blast Search

---

BLAST Search module is very useful when the name of sequence is unknown or novel sequence of interest.

2.3 Information of ceRNA pairs

---

From each browse or search result page, user could obtain various information of ceRNA pairs, such as overview of ceRNA (various scores), expression levels of RNA, information of each ceRNA pair, miRNA target site information and GO annotations.
