Soybean genome converter

  • The Genome Coordinate Converter tool in SoyOD allows for the conversion of genome coordinates from five soybean genome version (Williams 82 v2, Williams 82 v4, Williams 82 T2T, Zhonghuang 13 v2 and Zhonghuang 13 T2T) to another 54 different genome, using chain files. For details on supported data formats, please consult our online documentation.
