The ID converter tool in SoyOD provides a convenient method for mapping Gene IDs across various versions of soybean genome annotations. Researchers can effortlessly bridge the gap between different versions of these annotations. Specifically, you can input a list of Gene IDs from a chosen genome (e.g., Williams82 T2T) and obtain their corresponding IDs in another genome (e.g., Zhonghuang 13), or vice versa.
Alternatively, user can load a pre-made list by clicking on the green "Upload From TXT File".
This function streamlines data integration and comparison across various datasets, ultimately enabling the conversion of gene IDs between different soybean varieties.
