Gene ID converter

  • The ID converter tool in SoyOD provides a convenient method for mapping Gene IDs across various versions of soybean genome annotations. Researchers can effortlessly bridge the gap between different versions of these annotations. Specifically, you can input a list of Gene IDs from a chosen genome (e.g., Williams82 T2T) and obtain their corresponding IDs in another genome (e.g., Zhonghuang 13), or vice versa.
  • Alternatively, user can load a pre-made list by clicking on the green "Upload From TXT File".
  • This function streamlines data integration and comparison across various datasets, ultimately enabling the conversion of gene IDs between different soybean varieties.
